According to a report received, a 23-year-old man named Lance Junk started an online course on the education platform. This course was designed to teach people how to use ChatGPT. In just 3 months, over 15,000 people from all over the world enrolled for the courses. His course, titled "ChatGPT Masterclass: A Complete ChatGPT Guide for Beginners," has generated over $35,000 (approximately Rs 28 lakh) in profit so far.
Junk told the publication that he was impressed by the AI app's capabilities and said he wants to make the bot accessible to everyone. He saw an opportunity to teach people how to use it so that they could make better use of this wonderful tool. Junk said, "I think people are intimidated by ChatGPT, so I tried to make it exciting and accessible." However, Junk has not received any formal training on ChatGPT. He acknowledged that he was self-taught. Junk reveals that he spends hours every day on the bot. The report states that the course designed by Junk is 7 hours long and now costs $20. It contains 50 lectures for beginners, and Junk took about 3 weeks to film. Most of the students enrolled in Junk's courses are from the United States; however, it has also attracted students from India, Japan, and Canada, as well as from Venezuela, Russia, and parts of the Middle East. Junk revealed that students have enrolled from countries where ChatGPT is not currently available.
