The well-known actress of South Indian cinema, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, is in a lot of headlines these days for her upcoming series 'Citadel'. Actor Varun Dhawan is also going to appear in the lead role along with Samantha in this series being directed by Raj and DK. Now, during an interview recently, Samantha Ruth Prabhu also made a shocking disclosure. In an interview given to the media, Samantha revealed that she suffered a concussion during the shooting of an action sequence for 'Citadel', due to which she forgot everything for a few hours.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu said, "I had a concussion on the set. I forgot everything for about 2 to 3 hours. I told Raj to wait, let me see my phone, what's your name?" I had never had a concussion before, and I didn't know what it felt like. But later I recovered and resumed shooting a few hours later."

Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen doing tremendous action in 'Citadel': Let us tell you that Samantha has also said that Raj and DK are trying to elevate the action sequence done by her in 'Raazi' character in 'The Family 2'. In this original series of Amazon Prime Videos, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is going to be seen taking strong action.
