Akshay Bardapurkar, founder of OTT platform Planet Marathi, has appealed to actor Ayush Shah to apologize and pay compensation of Rs 10 crore. Akshay has taken this step after Ayush Shah accused him of bouncing a cheque of more than Rs 1 crore.
Actor gets legal notice: Reports say that the legal notice sent by Akshay Bardapurkar to Aayush Shah alleges that the actor has made false and imaginary allegations, which has damaged his reputation. The notice states that Aayush Shah has submitted signed blank cheques by filling in his own information and has submitted a false claim on the basis of it.
The actor had made this allegation: Earlier, Ayush Shah and his business partner Mausam Shah had filed a complaint in a magistrate court earlier this month. They alleged that Akshay Bardapurkar had given them nine signed cheques, the total amount of which was Rs 1,14,30,400. But when these cheques were presented, they bounced. Currently this case is going on in the court and the court hearing is going to be held soon.
