New Delhi: The Pandemic coronavirus cases are increasing in India. Nearly 60 thousand new cases are being registered every day. The number of corona patients within the country has crossed 31 lakh. India ranks third in the world, in case of the most affected countries by the pandemic. But according to experts, no one can stop India from becoming number one if the speed of increasing corona cases is not curbed soon.

According to media reports, 26 percent of the world's total cases have been reported in India in the last week. If we pay attention to the report of the Worldometer, the number of corona patients in the world is more than 2 crore 38 lakh, out of which more than 8 lakh 17 thousand people have died. More than 1 crore 63 lakh cases have been registered, while the number of active cases is above 66 lakh. On August 20, 2.67 lakh cases have been registered worldwide, while 68 thousand new cases have been reported in India. On August 21, 2 lakh 58 thousand cases have been registered in the whole world, whereas 69 thousand new patients have been found in India itself. Similarly, on August 22, 2 lakh 67 thousand cases were reported in the world, while 70 thousand new cases were registered in India alone.

On August 23, 2 lakh 10 thousand new corona cases were reported worldwide, while the number of new patients in India was more than 61 thousand. While on August 24, 2 lakh 13 thousand new cases were registered in the world, whereas on this day alone, the number of new patients in India was more than 59 thousand. This makes it clear that one out of every four cases in the world is being found in India.
