7 If Rahul Gandhi does not handle the responsibility of the post of president again, then once again there will be a demand for election for the post of president.

It has been learned that in the meeting of the Congress Working Committee, there was talk of Sonia Gandhi resigning. However, all the leaders told Sonia not to do so. In the meeting which lasted for 7 hours, most of the leaders expressed confidence in the Gandhi family, after which Sonia Gandhi was persuaded to become the Executive President till the next President was elected. Monday's meeting saw a battle between the old generation vs. the new generation. In addition to Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, besides Ahmad Patel, other senior leaders raised questions on the leaders who wrote the letter. Also attacked the timing of the letter. During the meeting itself, Kapil Sibal, Ghulam Nabi Azad's statements against Rahul Gandhi came out, but both of them later retracted their statement.
