New Delhi: More than 300 Indian nationals trapped in Pakistan are preparing to return home. According to a report, the Government of India has allowed these people to return to India. It has been further stated in the media report that these people will reach India by crossing the Attari-Wagah border on Saturday. This group of people consists of 80 students from Jammu and Kashmir who are studying in Lahore.

Along with this, the group also includes 10 Indians in Islamabad and 12 Indian nationals in Nankana Sahib who went to meet their relatives and were trapped there due to travel restrictions after the Corona epidemic. According to the report, around 200 Indian citizens are living in Karachi and other parts of Sindh province of Pakistan. These people were asked to sign an affidavit after which they were allowed to return. Pakistan has made all arrangements to take the group to the border, they will be brought there by Friday night and will be handed over to Indian authorities on Saturday.

Earlier, 176 Pakistani nationals were sent to Pakistan through Attari-Wagah border crossing on Wednesday, they were trapped in India due to lockdown. Most of these people came to India on pilgrimage. Pakistani Rangers received him from the Border Security Force (BSF). Mohammad Younis of the Edhi Foundation has informed the news agency PTI that, "Pakistani citizens, including women and children among these people, were shifted to quarantine centres in Lahore, where they would stay for 72 hours."
