A shocking case of crime is reported from Agartala. In this case, 9 people gang-raped a woman and then threw her on the road with a moving car. The woman is still admitted in the hospital and her condition remains critical. At the same time this incident has shaken the entire North East and till now the police have arrested 6 accused.

In this case, the woman returning from meeting Agartala Medical College with her six-year-old daughter was rushed into the moving car and after gang-raping, the accused threw her on the road. At the same time, in this case, the police said that this incident is of Thursday. Hospital sources said the condition of the woman remains critical but stable.

Talking about the matter, the police said that "the victim's husband lodged a complaint at the East Agartala Woman Police Station on Wednesday and six accused were arrested on the same day.

Police said, "On the way four people boarded an auto-rickshaw and tied the hands and mouth of the woman." Later they put him in a car and took him to Narsinghgarh, about 15 km away, where four more people were waiting. They also raped the woman and threw the victim near the circuit house at around 11.30 pm. "In this case, the police officer said that other accused are being searched.
