Sophie, a nutrition coach and yoga instructor by profession, lives on 'dry fasting'. Meaning, she does not drink water at all. According to a report, Sophie spends 13 to 14 hours dry fast every day. He claims that he is able to give his body all the nutrients through fruits, vegetables, juices and coconut water. He started 'Dry Fasting' a year ago. According to him, by doing this his joint pain, swelling of the eyes, food allergies, bad skin and digestion problems were cured. Sophie says that her face and knees were swollen. She looked very sick. When she went to the doctors, the doctors said that she has no problem. If he is upset with his swollen eyes, he will have to undergo a surgery. After this, a friend of Sophie told him about 'dry fasting', who tried it on himself. Sophie did a little research on it before adopting it.

Sophie says that by actually closing the bottle and drinking tap water, your kidney overworks, which removes all nutrients from the body. You don't need water to stay hydrated, it actually makes you feel bloated. When you start dry fasting, you soon realize that your body does not need water. Sophie dreams to spend 10 days without a liquid. But till now, she has managed to do 'dry fasting' only for 52 hours at a time. And yes, Sophie does not recommend everyone to do 'dry fasting'. His request to the people is that if he wants to do this, then he will have to start by eating only fruits and vegetables.
