Voting is being seized in 89 constituencies in Gujarat on Saturday in the first phase of the high-stakes Assembly elections 2017 covering Saurashtra and South Gujarat. 37% voters’ make their attendance till noon amid the controversy of malfunctioning EVMs in booths in a number of areas including Rajkot, Rajpipla, Bhavnagar, Palitana, Porbandar.
