Kolkata: Leader of BJP and Opposition Shubhendu Adhikari has targeted the Mamta Banerjee government of the state for deteriorating law and order and blasts in West Bengal. According to the report, Shubhendu Adhikari said on Monday (May 22) that, 'The situation in West Bengal is worse than Ukraine. Let us inform that, recently there was a blast in the house of Sheikh Shafiq, a local Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader in Birbhum district of West Bengal, in which a part of his house was blown away. A similar blast had earlier taken place in South 24 Parganas district on Sunday (May 21), in which three people of a family lost their lives. On May 16, two back-to-back blasts were followed by a major blast that claimed 12 lives in Purba Medinipur district. The blast took place in a firecracker factory, it was told that bombs were being made in an illegal firecracker factory. It was being told that the illegal factory for making firecrackers was running at Khadikul booth 177 in Sahda area of ​​Egra, at the house of ruling TMC leader Krishnapad Bagh alias Bhanu Bagh.
