Visakhapatnam: A youth committed suicide by jumping in front of a train on Thursday in Bapatla district of Andhra Pradesh. The deceased was accused of killing a woman with whom he was allegedly having an extra-marital affair. The deceased has been identified as Padma Rao, 35. According to the police, Padma Rao committed suicide by jumping in front of the Tirupati-Visakhapatnam double-decker train near Nidubrolu railway station in the early hours of Thursday. The police found his ID card from the pocket of the deceased, on the basis of which his family was informed. The relatives of the deceased reached the spot and identified the body.

According to the police, a few days ago the deceased had allegedly stabbed a 27-year-old woman named D Sharda to death. According to reports, on Sunday evening, Rao had stabbed D Sharda to death when she was working in front of her house in Chawli village. According to the information, seeing Rao, D Sharda tried to run away, but Rao chased her and by the time she reached her scooty, Rao stabbed her in the neck due to which D Sharda died on the spot. D Sharda's mother had given a complaint against Rao, but since then Rao was absconding from her house.

According to locals, Sharda married a boy from the same village in 2008. Sharda has two boys and a daughter. It is being told that about four years ago, Sharda and Rao became friends, which later turned into a relationship. It is being said that Rao wanted to have a relationship with Sharda, but Sarada did not want to continue the relationship with Rao any further, so in anger, Rao killed Sharda.
