New Delhi: People in many states of India are facing problems due to weather change. In many states, rain disrupts normal life, so the cold in many areas is not expected to relieve frost in North India at present. According to the MET ministry, north-west winds are going on, which may see a further decline of 2-4 °c in temperature. The hilly areas have also seen snowfall, but the plains have also been reeling under cold wave conditions. Delhi has been witnessing a steady temperature decline for the past several days. So, in South India, the north-east monsoon may cause rain in many states for the next 3-4 days. The cold has made the condition of the people in Bihar and UP even more useless. The weather department has said that the cold wave is going to increase from 16th to 20th January. The weather department has said that cold wave conditions will continue in several areas of Bihar from 16th to 20th January. According to the weather department, the minimum temperature is 6 to 8 degrees for the next 5 days and the maximum temperature is 16 to 18 degrees Celsius.
North-westerly winds are taking place in the plains from the western Himalayan region, which has led to even higher temperatures in North India. The minimum temperature in Delhi is continuously declining. Dense fog is taking off in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Bihar, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Assam and Tripura which has increased the sufferings of the people. The weather department has said that fog has been reported in these areas for the next 3-4 days.
The MET department said that heavy rain and lightning have been predicted in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe and Lakshadweep region during the coming 2 days. After which the rain activities may be reduced.
