Ajmer: A major road accident has occurred on the Ajmer-Beawar National Highway bypass in Rajasthan in the morning. Two trucks collided on the highway. The two trucks caught fire after the collision and 4 people on board were burnt alive. The four people who died include the drivers and cleaners of both trucks. Adarsh Nagar Deputy Inspector Kanhaiya Lal has reported the accident.

After the incident, a crowd of people gathered on the spot. On getting information, police and fire brigade reached the spot. After about two hours the fire brigade got the fire under control. According to Adarsh ??Nagar sub-inspector Kanhaiya Lal, the bodies of the four have been kept in the mortuary of Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital in Ajmer. Police are investigating on the basis of the number of the truck. After the accident, the highway was jammed on both sides. Later the police reached the spot and made the highway one way to restore traffic. Additional Superintendent of Police Sitaram Prajapat, Deputy Superintendent Mukesh Soni, Adarsh ??Nagar police station in-charge Sugan Singh reached the spot along with the police bridge.
