3- If you want to strengthen the immune system, you must always use yogurt in breakfast every morning. By doing so the immune system increases and the digestive tract is also improved.

4- Regularly eat a bowl of oats. Oats contain rich amounts of fiber and at the same time, the antimicrobial properties present in it help in increasing the immunity of the body.
