Lucknow: A shocking incident of rape emerged from Uttar Pradesh when a man allegedly raped a minor. The 40-year-old accused allegedly raped the minor when he had come to the victim’s village to attend a wedding. The victim was sent for a medical examination. The police lodged an FIR against the accused. The incident took place in Moradabad.

According to the ANI report, the accused had come to the victim's village to attend a wedding. The accused allegedly took the minor to a secluded area and raped her. The accused was booked under relevant IPC sections and the POCSO Act.
On Monday, a minor was raped in Uttar Pradesh. The victim was found dead at the residence of the accused. The incident took place in the Mahewa Ganj area of Bareilly. The accused was identified as Rudal.
The deceased along with her family had gone to watch a movie but she decided to return home after she started feeling drowsy. The victim did not reach home. When the body was found, the furious locals beat up the accused and then handed him over to the police. The accused was booked under relevant sections of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
