Noida: In a shocking incident, a female employee was allegedly thrashed by a group of men in the national capital. The victim was beaten up by her employer and three of his friends. The incident came to light after the video of the incident went viral on social media.  The victim was allegedly beaten over a salary dispute. In the video, the accused were seen pulling the victim's hair and kicking her. The victim is an employee of a unisex salon.

According to the woman, the accused had gone to lodge a complaint against her at the Knowledge Park police station after the incident. The victim allegedly approached the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Surajpur which resulted in the arrest of the prime accused, Waseem. 

The victim was employed at Unisex Salon as a makeup artist and was promised a salary of Rs 17,000. Whenever the victim asked for the salary, the accused allegedly demanded physical relations from her. The victim received a call where she was asked to come to the office and collect her salary. 

When the victim reached the salon one of the accused friend allegedly tried to rape her. When the victim resisted, four men allegedly started beating her up. The locals came to the rescue of the victim and the police reached after the accused had escaped. The accused had allegedly been trying to stall the victim since the past 10 days. 

According to the Hindustan Times reports, a police officer stated that the accused and the victim had an argument over the latter's salary. The accused were booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The prime accused was arrested by the police while the others escaped the spot.
