New Delhi: A case of gang rape has come to light from Vrindavan Kotwali area of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Where the victim has filed a complaint of gang rape against five people. The police has registered a case based on the victim's complaint and started investigation. The victim is raped in a guest house in Vrindavan. Police has registered a case of gang rape against 5 people, including 3 nominees, in this case and has taken 2 accused into custody. This second case of rape has been registered from Vrindavan Kotwali area in a span of 48 hours.
The police have registered a case and started investigation. According to the report lodged in Kotwali, the girl is a resident of Mathura and at around 10 pm on Friday she was standing at Bharatpur Morh on the highway. Meanwhile, three boys in the car gave her a lift and took her to Vrindavan where she was gang-raped. In the morning, after the accused released her, she made a noise and the guest house and people around gathered on the spot. As soon as the information was received about the incident, the police reached the spot and registered a case.
In this case, the police has arrested three people so far. CCTV footage of the guest house and surroundings is being investigated. Police say a case has been registered on the complaint of the victim and other accused are being searched. While giving information, CO Sadar Ramesh Tiwari said that a woman has given a complaint of 376. In which a case has been registered against five people. Three people are nominated and two are unknown. Two people have been taken into custody. Further investigation is being done.
