Pregnancy is one of the most important faces of life for women because it changes their whole life. They went through physical as well as emotional transformation. Some women continue to work. The last month of your pregnancy is very important. Here are some tips for last month for a healthy delivery and healthy body after the child’s birth.

Do not put a pause on your life: During the last month of pregnancy due to health issues or uncomfortable with their appearance toward the end of pregnancy many women stop planning events or committing to things assuming they may have a baby.  Do not do this, except the way you are, do not got locked yourself at your home. Reach out your friends and meet new people.

Breathing Practice: For health, delivery start practicing taking slow, deep breaths. Inhale for four counts; exhale for four counts. Breathe in through your nose until you feel your belly rise and back out through your mouth. Its helps you to keep your mind positive and your body healthy.

Do not take complete Bad rest: Only if it is advised by doctor then take a complete bad rest but if it is not then strict no to bad rest, obviously women went to different changes and suffer severe changes. Things are, like, unnaturally heavy which causes a strain on the rest of your body. You feel sore. Your hormones are working overtime as your body prepares for birth which means you’re exhausted, irritable and maybe even nauseous but do not take complete rest as you become further weak. Walks - slow or brisk - are great.

Light Exercise: For a healthy body do light exercise but remember do not try to overdo this whenever you feel pain stop as it will affect your pregnancy. Light exercise is also beneficial. If you’re still able to exercise, there’s no reason to stop pick a few gentle yoga poses and do them every night to keep your muscles limber.

Massage: To avoid stretch marks you can massage is best but remember to visit a registered massage therapist who is trained to work on pregnant women. Massage loosens your muscles, helps you and your body relax and increases blood flow and it will help mitigate any soreness you’re experiencing.
