In this case, it is being told that a girl studying in class five has been raped by a middle-aged girl in a village in the police station area of Ambikapur and the girl lives with her father and mother in a separate house in the in-laws village.

At the same time, her grandmother lives in a house at some distance from her house, where she often used to go to watch TV. On the day this incident took place, others including Grandma had gone towards the field to plant the saplings and no one was present at home. During that time, the accused Nanka (55 years) entered the house and raped her. Now in this case, it has been said that the accused should be punished severely.
