New Delhi: The deadly coronavirus spread across the world from Wuhan city of China is causing a lot of destruction in India. In India, the number of patients infected with the coronavirus has crossed 21 thousand. According to the website of the Union Ministry of Health, there are 21,393 total cases of coronavirus infection in the country. Also, a total of 681 people have lost their lives due to the epidemic.

According to the ministry, a total of 4,258 patients have been cured of corona viral infection in the country so far. Maharashtra topped the list of most affected states with a total of 5,652 cases, including 269 deaths due to corona infection. While giving the information of ICMR, it has been told that 5 lakh 542 sample tests have been done so far. Of these, 21797 samples have been found to be corona virus positive.
