Bangalore: PM Narendra Modi reached Moodbidri on Wednesday (May 3, 2023) while campaigning for the Karnataka Assembly elections, where he lashed out at the Congress. During this, Prime Minister Modi said that Congress is the enemy of peace and development in Karnataka. He said that where Congress is in power, investors start running away. He also accused the Congress of shielding terror bosses and promoting appeasement.

Along with this, the Prime Minister reminded what happened in Rajasthan? He referred to a bomb blast in Rajasthan in which more than 50 people were killed. PM Modi said that such a terrible conspiracy took place, but the police of the Congress government of Rajasthan did such a thing that all the culprits who carried out these blasts were released from jail and proved innocent. He was not punished. The Prime Minister said that this policy of appeasement is the only identity of the Congress. PM Modi asked the people present in the rally, 'Will you allow such a Congress to come to power?' After this the public replied in 'no'. PM Modi asked, 'Will Karnataka be allowed to be ruined? Will you let your future be destroyed?' 

PM Modi further said that wherever people want peace and progress in the whole country, the first thing they do is that the people of the state who wake up and want to move forward, first of all they do it from their state. Congress is thrown out – go brother, enough is enough. PM Modi said, 'India is being praised a lot in every corner of the world. This is happening because of your one vote. Your one vote formed a strong government in Delhi, your one vote formed a stable government in Delhi, because of which India is getting fame in the world today. This is the power of your vote. The whole country respects our soldiers, while Congress despises our army, insults our soldiers, Congress commits the sin of abusing our army seniors.'

 

Which bomb blast did PM Modi mention: –

Let us tell you that on May 13, 2008, serial bomb blasts took place in Jaipur. These bomb blasts took place outside temples and in main markets. 9 bombs were planted all over Jaipur, out of which 8 blasted and many people died. According to media reports, 73 people were killed in these bomb blasts, while 185 were injured. In this case, 1293 witnesses and many evidences were presented in the court, yet all the accused were successful in acquittal. The names of Shahbaz Hussain, Mohammad Saif, Mohammad Sarwar Azmi, Saifur Rahman and Mohammad Salman were mainly included in the accused of these serial blasts. Some of the accused in this case were also convicted by the lower court, but when the matter reached the Rajasthan High Court, all were acquitted. That is, in the case of killing 73 people and injuring 185 people, not a single terrorist was punished.
