New Delhi :Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's condition continues to remain the same. He is critical and on life support systems,  AIIMS statement said .

Senior BJP leader LK Advani and daughter Pratibha Advani arrived at All India Institute of Medical Sciences where former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee is admitted. Vajpayee’s condition is critical & he is on life support system.

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh also arrived AIIMS. Heavy police force deployed outside media professionals asked to come inside AIIMS as former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's health worsens.

"Bharat Ratan ", Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's condition worsens over last 24 hours, his condition is critical and he is on life support system at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences(AIIMS).

On Wednesday evening, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited AIIMS to see Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

The 93-year-old BJP leader has been on life support for the last couple of days.

Earlier in the evening, Union Textiles Minister Smriti Irani also visited the hospital to check on him. Railway Minister Piyush Goyal and BJP MP Meenakshi Lekhi also paid a visit.

Later in the night, several leaders and ministers including Suresh Prabhu, Jitendra Singh, Harsh Vardhan and Shahnawaz Hussain visited the hospital.
