Dandruff is a problem that both men and women have. With this increase, there can be problems of acne on face, forehead, neck and back etc. Initially it is on the upper layer of the scalp, but gradually it reaches its inner part. Indeed, dandruff is produced from dead cells located in our head skin. Because of this it is itching in the head and the hair starts falling. There can be many reasons for dandruff, such as stress, fungal infection, excess sweating in the head, non-essential nutrients to the hair, and changes in the hormones. Let us now tell you about Ayurvedic methods of relieving Dandruff's problem.

Neem: Neem leaves contain insecticidal, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory elements. These qualities are quite effective in removing dandruff. To use neem, boil neem leaves in water and use this water to wash the hair.

Tulsi: Everyone knows that Tulsi has health properties, it has been used to get rid of many types of infections. Amla powder proves to be effective with the Basil leaves, while Dadrof is there. Mix these two in water and make paste and massage the head. Leave for half an hour. Wash with water afterwards.

Yogurt: Dandruff can be removed by using sour curd. For this, massage the head with curd and wash the hair after 30 minutes.

Gram flour: Dandruff will also be removed by the use of gram flour and hair will also shine. To use it, mix 2 spoonfuls of yogurt with 2 spoons of gram flour and apply it on the skin of the head. Wash the head with water after 10 minutes.

Lemon: Lemon juice proves to be very effective in removing dandruff. Lemon acid rubbing the dandruff  cleanses it. Apart from this, it is important to take special care to eat and drink. You should drink plenty of water.
