Dabangg 3 to hit the floors by September 16

With his blockbuster Dabang franchise, Salman Khan is all set to rock the celluloid once again. The actor would be essaying Chulbul Pandey once again. According to reports Dabang 3 would be directed by Prabhudeva and is being speculated to be based on the real story of a cop from Noida.

The movie is being supposed to be shot in the NCR region. According to reports, this probably is the first time for the Dabang team to shoot in North India. As quoted by the DNA, a source informed, "The idea is to make Dabangg 3 more realistic and take it a few notches above the previous instalments in every possible way. Since the story is based on a real cop, the film’s makers felt that shooting in a North Indian city like Ghaziabad would add to the storytelling. Moreover, the city is being treated like a character in the movie. While the previous films in the franchise have been shot in Wai, shooting in Ghaziabad will also give the third outing a different and fresh look."

While currently, Salman is shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat and would conclude the shoot till August-end. Bharat's shoot shall follow the commencement of Dabangg 3 which is being expected to hit the floors by September 16.

Sonakshi would be seen reinventing her character of Rajjo. while the movie will also introduce debutant Ashwami Manjrekar who is the daughter of the veteran actor Mahesh Manjrekar.
