The court has aborted non-bailable detention warrant on Jignesh Mavani (Dalit Leader) for not showing his presence in court early on Monday in related with a case of blocking the root of Rajdhani Express during a protest in January.Jignesh Mevani Who was Present in the court on this Wednesday.has also been free from coming into court at the next hearing on 9 December. 

Shamshad Pathan lawyer of Jignesh Mavani said that court was informed that Mevani was registering his nomination and that is why he failed to remain in his presence on Monday hearing.Jignesh Mevani has register has registered his nomination as an independent candidate for the Vadgam seat in district Banaskantha.

 

Not only Hardik Patel and Jignesh Mevani is also considered as a growing face in recent Gujarat Assembly Polls.After attack aggression on Dalit men in the Unnatnagar village in Saurashtra region of Gujarat by claimed members of cow protector group, protests bust out across Gujarat. Jignesh Mevani attended the protest on march known as Dalit Asmita Yatra from Ahmedabad to Unnatnagar, which stopped on 15 August 2016 and was tended by some near about  20,000 Dalits, and in which some were Dalit women, who took a pledge to give up their traditional jobs of removing cow carcasses. He demanded the land for the upliftment of Dalits.
