Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi is to play the lead role in Netflix’s upcoming series Bard of Blood. This series is based on the Bilal Siddiqi’s novel of the same name.

A tweet from the official Twitter account of Netflix India informed that Emraan will be seen as the Kabir Anand in the Bard of Blood. The actor also tweeted that he is excited to be part of this thrilling journey. This series is co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment  The release date and other details regarding series is yet to be revealed.
