In a village under Sahaspur police station area, the case of gang rape of eight years has come to light. All the accused who are gang raped are minor. In the case, the police filed a lawsuit against the accused and filed a lawsuit in the Pocso Act and took them into custody. On Monday, all the accused will be presented in the Juvenile Court.
The incident took place on Friday. According to the information, an eight-year-old innocent girl was playing alone outside the house. During this time, five minors living in the neighbourhood took her to a fellow's home. Where they alternately gang raped with her.
On the arrival of his elder brother, they flew away. After the incident, the child became frightened. On the next day after the incident, when the family asked her the reason for her behaviour, she told them about the hideous incident. After this, the family complained to the police. The police took all the minor accused in custody.
In the inquiry, the accused said that before watching the incident, they had seen porn movie on the phone. After that, they took the girl home with an excuse to give her toffees, where they mistreated her and raped her one af5ter the another. Police Station Officer-in-Charge Naresh Rathore said that the accused are 09, 10, 11, 12 and 14 years old.
The child's father is the auto driver and the mother is a housewife. At the time of the incident, the child's mother went to bring some logs. The accused took advantage of this and took the child along with them and raped her. The victim's medical examination is going on. Since this incident, there is anger in the local people. The girl's parents are demanding justice.
