There’s live music, bars and restaurant stalls offering everything from Greek food to organic salads to chocolate-drenched waffles.
Unlike the flea markets at Anjuna and Arpora, this weekly market is largely a local affair with Goans from surrounding villages selling farm products such as spices, fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood. Wander around the open air-market and you'll also find pickles, breads, rock salt and yummy pork sausages (known as chorizos), as well as cheap clothes, pottery and bamboo products.
