PM first said that BJP will fight the election over Narmada water. Sometime later, they said they would take up the issue of OBC. They then talked to Vikas (development) of 22 years. None of these issues can change the mind of Gujarat.

During in an election public campaign for the second phase of Gujarat Assembly Polls 2017, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday fired directly attack Prime Minister Narendra Modi asking why there is no talk about development in PM speeches during his campaign address. Rahul Gandhi said he did not get an answer to even one of the 10 questions he had asked  PM Modi on Gujarat’s report card, despite the BJP being in power in the state for 22 years, and shocking if governance meant measly speeches.
