Atalji's family reached Haridwar with the ashes. Home Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP national president Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh's chief minister Yogi Adityanath are also present. A large crowd of people gathered in Haridwar to join the trip. Security arrangements have been chalked up. A  large number of people have arrived from neighbouring states to join the Kalash Yatra. Thousands of people gathered Sounds of 'Vande Mataram, Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Atalji Will Be Immortal' Kalash Yatra started from Bhalla College. The journey to the army truck is being done. Flowers are ridden on the travel route. Uttarakhand Governor KK Paul and Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat are also present 

 

The family of late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji reached the airport at Dehradun around 10.20 am on Sunday morning. With them, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP National President Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were also present.

On Sunday morning, the mortal remains of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was filled in three pots from the memory site of Delhi. After this, the family moved out to Haridwar with the mortal remains. There were 7 people in special aircraft carrying mortal remains. Atal ji's son-in-law Ranjan Bhattacharya had mortal remains in his hands. He was accompanied by his wife Namita Bhattacharya, daughter Niharika and two other people of the family. Two separate helicopters from the Airport left for Haridwar. 

The mortal remains of Bharat Ratna, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, will be flown in the Ganga at Harki Padi around 12.30 pm on Sunday afternoon. There will be restrictions on heavy vehicles on Dehradun-Haridwar road during Asthi Kalash Yatra.
