Tollywood debutant Malvika Sharma revealed the secret about her fitness. She said in an interview that its pole dancing that makes her more flexible. She feels free when she dances. Dance is something which never gets bored of. She is a wonderful dancer. Malvika instead of doing a lot of gyming prefer to do dance, which she loves to do even when she is tired.

Malvika Sharma made her Telugu debut with Ravi Teja-starrer Nela Ticket recently. Malavika has a unique fitness routine including pole dancing. In an interview when she asked that is she learning this style for her next film?  The actress shares “No, this thought stems from my own will and passion. The whole idea came up because of my love for fitness and dance. Pole dancing is a great way to work on your flexibility. This is a good supplement to my usual routine.”

The actress has recently picked up Kathak as well.  “Kathak embraces me and makes my dance moves more graceful and elegant. Initially, I was a bit of tomboyish. After I started doing Kathak, my body language has been transformed.
