The audio launch of Shankar's magnum opus 2.0 which is the sequel to his 2010 blockbuster Enthiran is all ready to take place a special launch in Dubai on (October 27). The grand music launch which is going to be held on a lavish scale and the organizers have already started making arrangements for the launch party. Not only this the banner of the event are placed across the Dubai so that the audience can have attention towards the upcoming event. According to the reports, the actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan is likely to attend this event as a chief guest. Shankar and the makers of 2.0, Lyca Productions have already sought request for Dasavatharam actor to come and join the event and they are waiting for his nod.

The event is going to be full of special events as it will have a live performance by AR Rahman, who is the composer of the film. The gossip also aired that 2.0 has just one song; however, the film’s album has five songs and they’ll go to be performed live by Rahman, who will mesmerize audiences with a 25-minute performance. HT has also reported that a VIP table at the event costs of Rs 6 lakh for a family and it’s already a sold-out show, according to sources. The audio launch will be streamed live on Zee network, the official satellite partner of the film. Zee bought the satellite rights of the film across languages for a huge Rs 110 crore.
