The rose flower looks very beautiful. Its fragrance attracts the mind, but do you know that the beauty of the rose is as beautiful as it is for our health. Gulab flower contains abundant medicinal properties which provide many benefits to the health. 

1- If you are troubled by the problem of increasing weight, then eat rose leaves. Rose leaves contain plenty of antioxidants and vitamin C, which help in reducing weight faster. By mixing the leaves of rose leaves with fenugreek water, the weight reduces. Apart from this, taking botulinum made of rose leaves becomes stronger. 

2- Eating of leaves of the rose removes physical and mental fatigue. If you have a stress problem and do not sleep, keep the rose leaves under the pillow during your pillow in the night. Doing this will lessen your stress and you will get good sleep.
