Herbal tea is one of the teas that is considered as the best for our health. But do you know that drinking herbal tea. Do you know that herbal tea is very good for our health, by drinking it, weight loss, cholesterol reduction, cold treatment or a headache like a disease can easily overcome. 

We can define herbal teas in many kinds such as like basil, rosemary, chamomile, ginger or lemongrass tea. These are all kind of herbal teas are very beneficial for our health, but many people do not know about the right way to drink herbal teas, due to which we can suffer a lot.  So today we are going to tell you about the right way to drink herbal tea.

-If you want to reduce your weight, do not mix milk in your herbal tea. By mixing milk, all properties of your herbal tea get vanished. Therefore, never mix milk in your herbal tea at all.

- Another sugar must not be mix with herbal tea because it contains a lot of calories in it. Which only add fat to your body nothing less. 

-The right time to drink it is in the morning, drinking herbal tea in morning keeps your digestion good. 

Herbal teas — less commonly called herb teas or tisanes and fruit teas are beverages made from the infusion or decoction of herbs, spices, fruits, or other plant material in hot water. They do not usually contain caffeine. Herbal teas and fruit teas should not be confused with true teas (e.g., black, green, white, yellow, oolong), which are prepared from the cured leaves of the tea plant, Camellia sinensis), nor with decaffeinated tea, in which the caffeine has been removed. Like beverages made from true teas, herbal teas can be served hot or cold.
