Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi teaser is all set to release on October 2, 2018. The movie has been grabbing the headlines from its inception and it promises to offer honest entertainment to the fans of Hindi cinema. The movie will see the Queen actor play Rani Laxmibai. Playing the fierce warrior, Kangana underwent a lot of physical training. She also took lessons for sword fighting and horse riding for the epic role.
The makers choose this day to release the much-awaited teaser as it is based on the first battle of Independence of 1857 and the father of the nation whose efforts are considered to free India from the British Kingdom was born on 2nd October.
To celebrate the velour, passion, strength and courage of Rani Lakshmibai through the patriotic film along with the announcement, the makers have also revelled a new picture of Queen Kangana as Laxmibai.
Adding an excitement, she is seen donning a red saree with heavy jewellery adorning her appearance. The photo shows Kangana as the perfect Queen. The idol of the lord of wisdom Ganesha in the background shows the strength and valour of the warrior.
The movie has been directed by National Award Winner Krish Jagarlamudi but Kangana after the dispute taking over his seat to complete a few patchworks. The movie is slated to hit the silver screen I next year on 25th January.
