More than 35 percent of people in India are idle in doing physical work. This is the figure of the World Health Organization (WHO). According to a WHO survey, due to lack of active activity in the physical activity, these people are at risk of heart disease as well as the risk of cancer, diabetes and mental illness. These results of the survey are in the journal "The Lancet Global Health" It has been reported that in 2016, women who had reduced physical labor in India were about 50 percent, whereas for men it was 25 percent. A woman out of three in the world does not have enough physical activity, whereas in the case of men it is one out of four.

In high-income countries, the figure of physical labor reduction is 37 percent, while in the medium-income countries 26 percent. At the same time, this figure is 16% in low income countries. According to the researchers, if this trend continues, the target of doing less physical activities will not be achieved by reducing the number of people by 2025 to 10 percent. Chief researcher Regina Guthold said, "The level of physical activity reduces, like other major health hazards around the world, is not decreasing.

For good health, teens are advised to do work related to physical exercise for one hour daily. Exercising 30-45 minutes regularly has a good effect on your brain's health. It also cures your mood. Exercise produces new good cells which prevent diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

Regular exercise is very important to keep the heart healthy and strong. The lack of physical labor is considered to be the biggest cause of heart diseases. Experts also insist on regular exercise to keep the heart healthy. Those who exercise regularly have a strong heart, as well as relief from exercising of heart patients. So do exercise daily to strengthen the heart. 

At the time of exercise, excess air in the air enters the body and the heart beats rapidly. The high amount of oxygen reaches the other parts of the body through the lungs through the blood. While leaving out the breath, carbon dioxide emits from the body and oxygenated blood reaches the heart through the heart. Muscles use oxygen to create more energy. Therefore exercise makes you energetic.
