PM Narendra Modi along with BJP MPs is to observe fast across the nation to protest against disruption of the second part of the Parliament's budget session by the opposition today.PM Modi to fast without hampering his work schedule. BJP President Amit Shah is also to hold a symbolic sit-in at Hubli in Karnataka.

The Party is protesting the washout in the recently concluded second leg of Budget Session of Parliament.

But this fast will not disturb PM Modi's daily schedule. Prime Minister Modi on Wednesday interacted with party MPs, MLAs & elected representatives through an audio link 'he said: Those who stalled Parliament & strangled democracy not letting the country progress and Parliament function because of their political arrogance and hunger for power we will expose mindset of the handful of people’.

 Worth mention here, Due to opposition hue and cry, Parliament could not function. 127 hours and 45 minutes were lost in Lok Sabha and 120 hours were lost in Rajya Sabha. 4% productivity was recorded in the Lok Sabha and 8% in the Rajya Sabha.

BJP said Congress is responsible for the uproar and the party will expose it.
