Pakistan claims to be a nuclear country, but the hideout of terrorism and patron Pakistan does not have the money to make a dam. Many areas of Pakistan are facing severe water problem and there is a need to make many dams there. But Pakistan, who threatens India with a nuclear bomb on the matter, has no money for Dam, hence, money is being collected from people in Pakistan these days.
Recently, Pakistan was ranked third in the world of the world facing severe water crisis. After this, Pakistan's Chief Justice, Mr Shakib Nisar appealed to people to donate money to make two dams (Dhamar-language, 4500 MW and Mohamed, 700 MW) in Pakistan, in view of the incompetence and inadequacies of the government. It was appealed to donate money to Pakistani nationals living abroad. In order to present an example, the Chief Justice also announced to give 10 lakh rupees on his behalf.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan created a committee under the chairmanship of the Head of Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda) to monitor the progress of construction and directed that an account should be opened with the Registrar of SC in which all donations will be collected. It has also been said that those who donate for this reason will not be asked about the sources of income.
The Pakistan Army has also announced to pay one and two days salary on its behalf. After this appeal, a bank account was opened by the Finance Ministry of Pakistan to collect donations. In April, the Pakistan government had made a huge increase of 10 percent in its defense budget. Pakistan's defense budget was Rs 999 billion during the last financial year, which was increased to 11 billion rupees this time. But in the way the donation is being made to make a dam, the economic capital of Pakistan is in front of everyone.
First, the economic condition of the US and now China's cash-strapped population is declining.
Many Pakistanis are telling the shameful act of making a dam by donating money and it is telling the beginning of the wrong tradition. Abdullah Ansari, an electrical engineer by profession and working in the oil and gas industry in Pakistan, records the long list of tax collected in Pakistan in his blog in Express Tribune.
According to Abdullah Ansari, unfortunately, the way of proceeding to build a dam through donation is not correct. In this way, it will set a very dangerous example for future generations. This method provides inappropriate validity to state reluctance to solve issues related to corruption. Worse, it allows them to maintain a wreck in this country, where we, citizens, are asked to give a little more success, until we have nothing left to give.
Pakistan's economy has been going down in a great crisis since the last few months. Pakistan had $ 10.3 billion foreign exchange reserves in May this year, which was $ 16.4 billion in May last year. Pakistan is struggling with a balance of payments and to help Pakistan avoid a balance of payments crisis, China has pledged $ 2 billion Chinese loan to Pakistan.
Not just a dam, a political party in Pakistan was collecting donations from people to create a hospital where the state was in its government. Imran Khan was asking the public to donate to a hospital in Peshawar and he too was named after him. In spite of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province of Pakistan, the party's chief Imran Khan was appealing to donate money to make a hospital too.
