Chandigarh: After Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh made the dope test obligatory for lawmakers and government employees, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy alleged Congress scion Rahul Gandhi would fail the test as he consumes cocaine.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) senior leader Subramanian Swamy trained a gun at Congress president Rahul Gandhi, saying he will fail the dope test as he takes in cocaine.

It is noted that Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has recently made it obligatory for all government employees to undergo dope test not just at the time of staffing but also during service. In this bid earlier on Thursday, Union Food Processing Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal had asserted that the leaders who call 70 per cent Punjabis as drug addicts should undergo dope test first.

Welcoming Harsimrat’s remark, Swamy hit out the person she was referring to is “none other than Rahul Gandhi. It was he who said 70 per cent Punjabis are drug addicts.”

 Worth mention here Punjab's Aam Aadmi Party MLA Aman Arora set an example on Thursday and underwent a dope test at a government hospital in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali).
