Ranbir Kapoor has undoubtedly been the most sought-after actor of Bollywood. Post the release of Sanju, the actor has not just impressed the audience, but also the critics for his super stunning performance in the movie.
Before Sanju, Ranbir’s career was on its low. Several of his movies were declared flops at the Box office. Talking about the same, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the co-producer of Sanju, asserted that his choice of scripts has been really stupid. The renowned producer referred to movies like Jagga Jasoos, Roy, Besharam and Bombay Velvet.
When Ranbir was asked about Vidhu’s statement, he politely disagreed with the statement. He responded that all his movies, be it the successful ones or even the ones that could not do well at the box office, are equally close to his heart.
He asserted that he has never regretted about doing a movie. He has had an amazing experience, being a part of each of his movies. He feels that each one of them has added to his growth as an actor and therefore its never just about the success and the failure of the movie. There is something more that counts. He said that his movies are like his children and at times he wonders why people did not appreciate movies like Bombay Velvet.
Well, we must say, Ranbir has been known to give all his efforts to whichever character he essays, which is appreciable indeed.
