The Barfi star, Ranbir Kapoor seems to be enjoying the ride of success for his alleged release, Sanju. The movie has not just been appreciated by the Bollywood celebrities but has also impressed critics all over the country. Well, the actor does not seem to be out of pressure yet. Ranbir Kapoor has been dragged into a legal matter now by a tenant from his apartment in Pune. Sheetal Raghuvanshi, a tenant who resided in his apartment in Pune has filed a complaint claiming that she and her family were forced to vacate the apartment before the due date.
She has claimed an amount of for Rs 50.40 lakh with an interest of Rs 1.08 lakh. The tenant informed the police that she and her family had to go through an extremely hard phase when they were asked to empty the place all of a sudden. She also said that as per the agreement signed between them, she with her family had to vacate the place 24 months post the agreement but were made to do so just 11 months post the agreement. According to Sheetal, the only reason given to her was that Ranbir Kapoor who was the owner of the property wanted to shift in the apartment.
