"Mardani “, Rani Mukerji is at present in Australia to be present the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne. In this festival her movie latest film Hichki will also screen. Rani was exhibited playing a teacher who suffered from Tourette syndrome -a neurological disorder in the movie. Rani along with Sanju director Rajkumar Hirani and Razzi fame Vicky Kaushal kickstarted the film festival by attending a Press Meet on Friday. In a petrotic guesture Rani today hoisted the Indian National Flag at the Federation Square in Melbourne. On this occasion Indian and Australian students, Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews and IFFM director Mitu Lange were present. Worth mention here like India in Melbourne the flag hoisting was followed by the call 'Bharat Mata ki Jai' with the Indian National Anthem playing in the background .
Talking about Hichki, Rani characterized breaking repetitive, stereotyped, involuntary movements in character of teacher Naina Mathur . On Indian Box office the movie opened to good reviews in the domestic market and went on to a decent record figure. Hichki was Rani's comeback Movie to the Silver screen of Bollwood after giving birth to daughter Adira.
