Its been only 2 days since Sanju is released but the much-awaited movie breaks the records of blockbuster movie Bahubali. Sanju has become the first movie to Record highest ‘Single Day’ for any Hindi film.
 Bahubali 2 had collected ₹ 46.50 crores on Day 3 but Sanju has surpassed it, collects ₹ 46.71 crores on Day 3. Sanju seems like demolishing all other records.

In 2018 Sanju topped the list of highest 1st day Box office collection. Movies like Padmavat, Race 3, Raid, Baaghi 2 lost the spot. Even the most controversial movie of the year Padmavat bagged the 2nd position. Padmavat's 5 days box office collection is ₹ 114 crore, while Sanju made a collection of ₹ 120 crores in just 4 days of its release.
