We all love to eat chutney, to be honest, Raymond is actually jealous of our famous South Indian dip. A delicious alternate of coconut always makes the best out of our dosas and idlis. But a society in Chhattisgarh has a slightly different idea of chutney. The Dhuruva Tribe is all about this chutney made of red ants and their eggs. Bhunni is a recipe which is surely not meant for the faint-hearted. It confers the resourcefulness of Indians when it comes to making maximum use of the meat at hand. Bhunni which is made with goat's intestines, liver, stomach and blood. This dish is a crowd pleaser in Garhwal, Uttarakhand. So the next time you have a piece of lamb and it doesn't satisfy your hunger, you can always try out the juicier bits.
