Supreme court adjournes the Bhima Koregaon hearing

 The Supreme court has adjourned the hearing of the Bhima Koregaon case for Thursday.

While a lot of promnent faces of the country have expressed their views reagrding the same.

The Bhima Koregaon rites are becoming a bigger issue and are spreaqding violence in major parts of the country.  Talking about the issue, the country has been divided into two sections. One of the section has been encouragong the subject while the other section of te country has condemned it.

Discussing the subject, Former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav asserted, “This country is moving towards dictatorship. The arrests of the five intellectuals show that the country is moving towards emergency and I condemn it.”

The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has been expressing their diisa[ppointment on the arrest of the activists. The party has said, “arrests of activists who fight in court against oppression of Dalits, Tribals & backward communities in the nation, to spread terror and fear of the govt, is autocracy & utmost exploitation of power by BJP.”

Based on the issue, the Delhi High Court questioned the prosecution reagarding not handing over the arrest memo to Gautam Navlakha or his counsel. The High Court stated, "every minute that a person is spending in custody is matter of concern".

Expressing his concern regarding the same, Sitaram Yechury, a member of the CPI (M) asserted, “There will be a protest at Jantar Mantar(Delhi) tomorrow by the Left and all progressive groups against the unethical crackdown.”

Deepak Kesarkar , questioned the government on supporting Naxalism and affirmed, “Unless police have proof it doesn't take action,when there is proof Court gives police custody. Clear that govt has evidence&secondly how can they support Naxalism.These people follow their own govt, is it good for democracy?”
