TV actress and model Ruhi Singh was booked for reportedly misbehaving with police and driving under the influence of alcohol. The actress commited two offenses in two different situations and were registered at different police stations.

According to the report of DNA, Khar police has already arrested Ruhi's friends Rahul and Swapnil Singh for assaulting police officers and Ruhi is yet to be arrested.

As per report, The incident happened around 2 AM when the actress was on her way back to her home after partying with her friends. They wanted to use one of the food outlet's washroom, but the same was closed so they were asked to leave, but they kept banging the door and started abusing the staffers of the restaurant.  When police patrolling van intervened the matter, they all allegedly misbehaved and assaulted police. They immediately arrested the men, but Ruhi was allowed to leave as a female accused cannot be arrested after sunset.

A video of the incident has gone viral where Singh can be seen arguing with people who had gathered around her car. She is also seen accusing police of assaulting her. The official said a case has been registered against the actor and investigation was underway.
