Dubai is the home of many astonishing magnetism architectural marvels that leave tourists awestruck. From the stunning Burj Al Arab and Palm Trilogy to Dubailand and Dubai Marina, Let’s discover some striking and must visit places in Dubai.

Dubai Creek—Creekside Park Bur Dubai

The Creek Park located between Garhoud and Maktoum bridges, spanning an area of about 96 hectares, is the second largest park in Dubai. It lies in the heart of the old city along the shores of Dubai Creek and is one of the oldest parks in Dubai and most popular too. It can also be accessed by boat and has a landing pad for helicopters. The park has plenty of greenery, apart from mazes and a nature trail. It provides all the amenities to keep visitors wanting to get back to the park often. Apart from various facilities that the park offers, the shore of the creek is great for roller skating. The park is well known for its serene surroundings and distinctive recreational facilities. The comprehensive list of in-house conveniences includes cable car, barbecue areas, bicycles for hire, train rides, Dubai dolphinarium, children’s city, restaurants, small cafes and food stalls. The entrance fee is Dh.5 per person and the working hours are between 8 am and 10 pm (daily) while Wednesdays are for ladies only.

Burj Khalifa

From a distance, the Burj Khalifa looks like little more than a tall spindle. It is only up close that the breadth and beauty of the structure can be fully appreciated. Stretching up to a boggling 828 m (more than twice the height of the Empire State Building), the tower dwarfs all other buildings in existence.

A high-speed, multimedia elevator ride shoots visitors up the 124th floor to view Dubai from the world’s highest observation deck, called At The Top Burj Khalifa. Though visibility can sometimes be poor from up there (sandstorms in nearby Saudi cloud things up a bit), high-tech telescopes have the option of glimpsing an alternative, clear day view. There is also a nifty multimedia display that lets you see how the Burj Khalifa would affect the skyline of cities around the world. Purchase tickets online or at The Dubai Mall on the lower ground floor.

Burj Al Arab

It is an iconic symbol and one of the famous tourist landmarks in the region. Burj Al Arab was unveiled in 1999 and has established itself as the world’s most luxurious hotel over these years. Built on an artificial island, this sail-shaped building is 321 m in height. It is an extraordinary building with superb interior décor and has a sky-view bar offering amazing views.
