The quick and easy recipe to a father's day special dessert

INGREDIENTS: 1/3 of cup whipping cream

8 oz chocolate of choice

3 egg yolks

1.5 cups of whipping cream (apart from the other 1/3 cup)

PREPARING THE ICING:

-Melt the chocolate and whipping cream together in a thick pot. Prefer a microwave oven for the purpose.

-Beat the egg yolks and keep stirring it until it acquires a creamy yellow texture.

-Add half the amount of the melted chocolate to the egg yolks. Keep stirring and mix thoroughly.

-Now mix the entire mixture of egg yolk with the remaining melted chocolate. Whisk it properly. Cook the mixture for 3-5 minutes To make it thick. And let it stand for sometime.

-Take whipping cream in a bowl and whisk it thoroughly. Once the temperature of the mixture drops, add some whipping cream to the mixture in the bowl and whisk it until soft peaks form.

THE CAKE

: 1)Bake the cake dough in separate layers and freeze your individual cake layers.

2) Once the layers are frozen, pile them over each other, properly as given below.

3) on your first cake layer then place a layer of chocolate mousse. Repeat the same sequence for at least 4-5times. Make sure that the topmost layer is of cake and not mousse.

4) Cover the cake with a layer of plain buttercream icing that coats the whole cake, making it a smooth surface to work on.

5) refrigerate the cake for a while, so that the icing becomes solid.

6) While the cake is freezing, prepare the main icing. Add edible food colours to half of the plain buttercream icing. Choose colours according to your choice.

7) take out the cake from the refrigerator and cover it with a thick layer of the yummy icing you've prepared.

Decorate it with love. And tell your dad, how special he is to you.
