Peptic Ulcers have become quite common to be observed in the society. More popularly knownas duodenal Ulcers, thses are majorly caused in the uppermost part of the small intestine, called the Duodenum.

Its symptoms involve, vomiting, vomiting blood, burning pain in the stomach, mainly during times when your stomach is empty, gas and indigestion. Reports suggested that it is usually caused due to excessive acid secretion that causes the innermost lining of the stomach or the intestine to develop ulcers.

Patients trhat suffered from peptic ulcers were often diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori in their digestive tract. Therefore we may conclude that Peptic Ulcers or duodenal ulcers are often developed due to some bacterial infection.

Researchers also concluded that using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for long may also effect the innermost lining of the digestive tract and may therefore cause Gastric or peptic ulcers.

Drinking enough water could help you cure as well as prevent this disorder.
