Social media company Facebook has taken a big step in controlling guns after several firing incidents in the US. Now Facebook will not display ads related to weapons or crimes. Facebook has prohibited advertisements for children under the age of 18 years due to the increase in crime among children.   This information has been given in the media reports.

According to the news report, Facebook currently bans advertisements related to violence such as arms, magazines, murders etc. in the child's Facebook profile advertising. Now, Facebook has taken an additional step to put an age-related condition on the display of advertisement and other content on the facebook profile. The new advertising policy will be effective from June 21.

Actually, Facebook had previously believed that it monitors the user's personal information, likes and dislikes, and also monitors their computer keyboard and mouse movements. That is, if you have a Facebook login on your computer, every click of the mouse and news of every use of the keyboard is tracked by Facebook. Earlier, YouTube had said that it was the link between the websites that sell weapons and accessories, which provided the link to the sellers. For this reason, the videos promoting such links will be stopped on Facebook.
